1. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Egypt, including:

• Greater Cairo: Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia

• Delta & Canal Cities: Alexandria, Tanta, Mansoura, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez

• Upper Egypt: Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan

• North Coast: Alamein, Marina, Sidi Abdelrahman

• Red Sea & Sinai: Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Dahab

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Note: Delivery time may vary depending on product type, location, and peak seasons.

3. Shipping Fees

• Standard Shipping: Starting from EGP 35 (based on location and weight)

• Express Shipping: Starting from EGP 65

• Free Shipping: Available on select items

Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time through the Dokanah Tracking Portal or your account dashboard.

5. Delivery Attempts

If you’re unavailable during the first delivery attempt, our courier will try again. If unsuccessful after [2 or 3] attempts, your order will be returned to us and may be subject to restocking fees.

6. Packaging & Handling

All orders are securely packaged to protect your items during transit. Fragile items may be double-boxed or include additional protective materials.

7. Delays & Exceptions

We work hard to meet our promised delivery windows, but delays can occur due to:

• Weather or traffic conditions

• Unforeseen logistics disruptions

• Public holidays or nationwide events

We’ll notify you immediately in case of any significant delay.
