Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, vendors are not obligated to accept returns unless the item is defective or not as described.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

• The product is unused and in its original condition

• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

• The request is made within the specified return window

• The product was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or defective

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)

• Food, beverages, and perishables

• Digital downloads or gift cards

• Custom or made-to-order items

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the vendor will approve or reject the refund based on its condition.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund may be issued as a store credit or bank transfer

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or alternative product:

• Please initiate a return and place a new order

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

Shipping Fees

• If the return is due to a vendor or shipping error (wrong or damaged item), Dokanah will cover the return shipping cost

• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping fees

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to My Orders

3. Click Return Item next to the order

4. Follow the steps to submit your return request
   Once approved, you will receive instructions for pick-up or drop-off.
